- The unique bolted version allows quick disassembly of the shell for easy access for cleaning , maintenance, repair or replacement.
- The Plate joint design and welding are rugged and are tested for numerous cyclical conditions. Plate material, absence of gaskets and mechanical/structural design permits its use in many aggressive applications.
- WCR Plate and shell can be configured to meet the needs of almost any process requirement in terms of transfer units, pressure drop, design pressures and temperatures as well as piping requirements.
- The WCR Plate and shell heat exchanger is compact, with low weight providing an extremely small foot print.
