WCR Plate coils are cost effective replacements for pipe coils for immersion heating and cooling applications. WCR Plate Coils come in a verity of sizes ranging from 24” to 48”. WCR Immersion plates have a lot more turbulent flow on both the service and process sides and increases the efficiency over pipe coil type heat exchangers. WCR Plate coils are all custom manufactured to your needs and can even be banked together for applications requiring large heat transfer surface. Stainless steel and Titanium are standard construction materials.
